The challenge is to design a planner without making it look like for kids. To make it look professional and easily identified with.
The planner's key features include a customized magnetic flap, debossed details, a foiled logo, a free A3 poster, an expandable back pocket, and waterproof stickers, blending functionality with collectible value for Marvel enthusiasts. After a month of release, the planner already achieved a 98% sell-through and were sold out by the month of December.
- Developed product concepts and packaging, presented to internal stakeholders, Disney Philippines, and Marvel for approval.
- Prepared all necessary die lines and production file, ensuring all files are production ready.
- Finalized materials to be used and specifications of each design elements.
- Double checked the quality of product to ensure it meets standards.
- Secured approvals from internal stakeholders, Disney Philippines, and Marvel, to proceed to mass production.
- Closely worked with manufacturers to monitor production progress and ensure quality of production.
- Constantly update Disney Philippines and Marvel about production progress and product quality.
- Conducted product shoots to use as assets for marketing collaterals.
